Bankruptcy restrictions stop once your bankruptcy ends. This happens when you are ‘discharged’ or if you cancel your bankruptcy. If a bankruptcy restrictions order or undertaking is made then restrictions will last longer. The list of restrictions is for guidance only and is limited to restrictions in England and Wales (there may also be restrictions in foreign legislation). The restrictions may change at any time. If you are subject to restrictions, it is your responsibility to comply with them. If you are uncertain about your circumstances, you should seek independent legal advice. |
